      Creating a Call Group

      A Call Group must be created first to build a call schedule

      • Create a Private Group by clicking the '+' next to GROUPS in DocsInk Messenger

      • Enter in the group participants (must have at least two) to reveal Group options

      • Select Private group

      • Name your Group and click 'Create'

      • Select the 3 Dot/Ellipses icon in upper right corner of your screen

      • Select  "Make This A Call Group" from options listed

      • Complete the related fields and select Make it a Call Group

      • The new created group will be listed under 'CALLGROUPS'

      • Select the 3 dots/ellipses next to call groups to create/edit your Board
