Checking In To Your Appointment

As the patient, there is no need to download any additional software or application to your device in order to complete your telehealth appointment.

To improve your telehealth experience please review the following recommendations:

  • Use WiFi on mobile whenever possible. (Mobile networks like LTE and 4G may experience connectivity issues)
  • Reduce any unneeded activity on the network used
  • Move closer to the router or move the router's location to an open space with minimal obstructions (doors, walls, etc)
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are recommended browsers to use

Before your appointment, you will receive appointment reminders

  • Receive a 24 Hour Notification
    • 24 Hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message to confirm your appointment. Tap the link to confirm.

  • Receive a 1 Hour Notification
    • 1 hour prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text message.

  • Receive a Check In Notification
    • 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a message via text and/or email to Check In for your appointment.
    • You will then be prompted to check into the virtual waiting room. Enter your information and tap "Check In".

  • Select the patient's scheduled appointment time.
    • Choose the appointment time of the session you would like to join & tap Check in

    • Simply wait for your provider to join the call. Once your provider starts the call, your screen will automatically refresh.
    • YOUR SCREEN WILL REFRESH WHEN YOUR PROVIDER STARTS THE SESSION. WAIT ON THIS SCREEN

  • Throughout the check in process your mobile web browser will ask you to Allow access to your microphone and camera. You are required to Allow these settings. If you would like to disable your camera and microphone before entering the telehealth call, you will be able to do this later.

  • Once your provider starts the call, your screen will automatically refresh.

    • Camera 
    • Microphone
    • Blur Background
  • Tap Join Now

  • Wait on this screen.
    • YOUR SCREEN WILL AUTOMATICALLY REFRESH WHEN YOUR PROVIDER STARTS THE SESSION
  • Congrats! You have successfully joined your telehealth appointment.
