      Connected Communities Access from Mobile App

      How to access your connected communities via DocsInk Connect App

      • To access your Connected Communities via your Mobile DocsInk App -
         Click the 3 horizontal lines in the top LEFT corner of your screen

      • This is where you'll find your Directory Screen, where you will tap 'Community'

      • Once you've tapped Community here, tap Community again at the top center of your screen 

      • Here you have the option to display My Orgs, Shared Orgs or All Orgs 

      • Select the Organization that you wish to communicate with

      • The Directory of Staff will be displayed once selected

      • If you communicate with a user frequently -
        You are able to add them to your "Favorites" by selecting the "star" next to the contact(s) name
