Meeting Detail Features
- Meeting Details - From here you can see and copy a link to the telehealth call if you would like to invite another person. It is also where you can find the session ID for your current call.
Show Everyone Features
- Show Everyone - This will produce a flyout window on the right side of the screen where you can see all of the current members of the call. As a host, this is where you have controls such as:
- Mute All
- Add People
- The link that can be copied (pictured below) is a direct link into the telehealth session (bypasses the ‘Rooms’ tab on DocsInk).
- You can internally send an invite to patients and providers through DocsInk or you can externally send an invite to users through Email or SMS.
- Important note: ‘DocsInk Messaging’ for Patients only works if the patient has installed the DocsInk Care Manager mobile app. If you are unsure, it is suggested that you utilize the ‘Email/SMS’ tab for inviting patients.
- Host Controls
- Works the same as the “Host management” toggle in the call settings (See Host Control above).
- Search for people in the call
- Temporarily remove user
- This places the user in a temporary holding space outside of the telehealth call where the user cannot see or hear those still participating in the call. When the host is ready, they can then bring this user back into the call.
- For more information on temporarily removing a user, please see 'Removing Users From A Call'
- Remove User
- This fully removes the user from the call. The user must check in and be admitted to rejoin the call.

Admitting Patient from the Waiting Room
- When a patient has joined the waiting room, the provider will receive a pop-up. This pop-up allows the provider to admit the patient or decline the patient from entering. If they decline the patient, they may send them a message.
- Also, in the Show Everyone side menu, a new section will appear called “In Waiting Room”. You can see the name of the person in the waiting room, and you are given the option to admit them into the call or message them.
