Directions on how to enable camera and microphone settings on the Chrome Mobile Browser on iOS Phones
When joining a telehealth call with your provider, it is important to enable DocsInk access to your camera and microphone. If you click ‘Don’t Allow' you will have to walk through the following steps to enable access.

Click the URL bar at the top of your screen.
2. Click “go” to refresh the page.


3. Click “Allow” to allow your camera (this is required).


4. Click “Allow” to allow your microphone (this is required).


5. If you are presented with this pop up error, click “Ok” to continue.


6. Then, you can select whether you would like to join the call with your camera and microphone on or off.
