Directions on how to enable camera and microphone settings on Safari for DocsInk Telehealth
When joining a telehealth call with your provider, it is important to enable DocsInk access to your camera and microphone.
1. Click the “AA” at the top left of the URL bar in Safari while you are in the waiting room.
2. Select “Website Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Ensure that “Camera” and “Microphone” are set to “Allow.”
4. Click the “Done” button at the top right to close the menu.
5. Refresh the URL by clicking the refresh icon at the top of the URL bar in Safari while you are in the waiting room.
