      Enabling Browser Permissions: Samsung Internet

      Directions on how to enable camera and microphone settings on Samsung Internet for DocsInk Telehealth

      When joining a telehealth call with your provider, it is important to allow DocsInk access to your camera and microphone.

      1. Go to phone settings and scroll down to Apps.  

       

       

      1. In the Apps section, find ‘Samsung Internet’ and click on it.  Then scroll down and click on ‘Permissions’ 

       

      1. There you will need to make sure both the camera and microphone permissions are toggled on.  

      *If you follow these steps and still experience issues, please restart your device
