This article will cover how to temporarily exclude or permanently remove users from a telehealth session.
- This feature can be accessed by clicking the 'Show Everyone' button located in the bottom right side of the screen

- Once selected the list of participants will display on the right-hand side.
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the user's name
- The ‘Temporarily remove’ option will place the user in a waiting room area. They will not be able to see or hear what happens in the telehealth call while temporarily removed. Likewise, they will not be able to see the chat messages that have been sent while they were temporarily removed.
- When a participant is excluded from the session they can be added back by clicking the three vertical dots next to their name and clicking ‘Re-add to call.’
- The ‘Remove user’ option will permanently remove the user from the call. The user will need to be readmitted to the call if they are fully removed.
