      Password Reset

      How to Reset Your Password if you are having trouble logging in or forgot your password

      • At Login screen select 'Forgot your password?'

      • Enter the Email Address used for your account

      • Select 'Send me a new password' - an email with a password reset link will be sent to the email provided

      • You will receive an email from DocsInk - Password Recovery where you will 'click here' to redirect to a password reset screen

      • If you did not receive the email to reset your password please check your spam folder and make sure you have entered the email address correctly

      • Once you 'click here' enter in your new password

      • Password Requirements: Minimum of 8 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 special character

      • Now you can login with your new password
