Patient Upload - CSV File Format

CSV File Format Upload your patient database with a CSV formatted file right away!

  • You must also have a specific formatted CSV file - click below for the file format or contact DocsInk online support or any DocsInk staff member for this file

  • First login to the DocsInk Website: connect.docsink.com - make sure you are NOT using Internet Explorer

  • This link will take you directly to the Upload Patients page once logged in: https://connect.docsink.com/dashboard/patient/upload - if this link does not work for you please contact our online chat support to have your account verified - please provide them with your name, organization name and your email address

Or continue by following the steps below:

  • Click on 'Dashboard' in the top left blue margin

  • Select the 'Patients' icon - third icon down the far left margin and select 'Upload Patients' from the revealed drop down options

  • If you do not have this as an option please contact our online chat support to have your account verified - please provide them with your name, organization name and your email address

  • Here you will upload your formatted CSV file - make sure your file is saved as a CSV

  • Select the associated provider(s) - Provider users

  • Assign Location as 'Home' from the dropdown options - this specific location type does not matter, all patients just need to have a location and provider associated with them in the system

  • Then UPLOAD !

  • Once your file is succesfully uploaded you will find your patients listed under the Patients tab in the left margin of your DocsInk Messenger Screen
