Patient Upload - CSV File format

You must be an Administrator in the account to complete the bulk Patient Upload - Your file will need to be a certain CSV File Format

  • You must be an account administrator to complete this process

  • You must also have a specifically formatted CSV file - click here for the file format or contact DocsInk online support or any DocsInk staff member for this file

Or continue by following the steps below:

  • Click on 'Dashboard' in the top left blue margin

  • Select the 'Patients' icon - third icon down the far left margin and select 'Upload Patients' from the revealed drop down options

  • Here you will upload your formatted CSV file - make sure your file is saved as a CSV

  • Select the associated provider(s) - Provider users

  • Assign Location as 'Home' from the dropdown options - this specific location type does not matter, all patients just need to have a location and provider associated with them in the system

  • Then UPLOAD !

  • Once your file is successfully uploaded you will find your patients listed under the Patients tab in the left margin of your DocsInk Messenger Screen
