You must also have a specifically formatted CSV file - click here for the file format or contact DocsInk online support or any DocsInk staff member for this file

First login to the DocsInk Website: connect.docsink.com - make sure you are NOT using Internet Explorer

This link will take you directly to the Upload Patients page once logged in: https://connect.docsink.com/dashboard/patient/upload
Or continue by following the steps below:

Click on 'Dashboard' in the top left blue margin

Select the 'Patients' icon - third icon down the far left margin and select 'Upload Patients' from the revealed drop down options

Here you will upload your formatted CSV file - make sure your file is saved as a CSV

Assign Location as 'Home' from the dropdown options - this specific location type does not matter, all patients just need to have a location and provider associated with them in the system

Then UPLOAD !

Once your file is successfully uploaded you will find your patients listed under the Patients tab in the left margin of your DocsInk Messenger Screen
