Suggestions on how to eliminate video issues for mobile platforms
Most video issues can easily be solved by trying one of the following:
- Turn your video off, wait 5 seconds, and then turn your video back on again
- If you are on a mobile device, changing your device's orientation will often correct the video issue. Rotate your device from portrait to landscape orientation and then back (pictured below)
- Reloading the page
